The Reel Thing was founded by Ruan Kotze in 2012 with a camera and a dream. Nine years later he has become a highly respected cinematographer, having worked in many environments and in a variety of sectors.
When Greg Heger joined forces with Ruan in 2018. With Greg's deep understanding of people and culture, plus vision and ideation, a partnership was forged.
